About 1.5 miles one way - Pet Friendly

No Trail Left Behind attempted to complete Killyon Canyon today. This well shaded hike proved to be a worthy mid-day trip. However, the trail was quite elusive near the end. We turned around when we were unable to relocate the main trail. For most of the way the trail was easy to follow, and was full of interesting sites to see.
We did not find any trash worth mentioning on this trail. It seems the hikers who frequent this trail take good care of it. One thing to note however, is that the parking situation for this trail is not very good at all. There is no designated parking within a quarter mile of the trailhead. The closest parking is a designated fire lane with tow enforcement.

Everyone on a trail is responsible for its condition, good or bad. We chose to uphold the former; and, we hope you will too!
